Day 1: Arrival in Arusha Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha. Settle into your accommodation and relax, preparing for the adventure ahead.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park Drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds. Enjoy a game drive and an evening at your lodge, surrounded by nature.
Day 3: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater Travel to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the Seven Natural Wonders. Explore the crater floor on a game drive, spotting lions, elephants, and rhinos, before heading to your lodge for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park Drive to Serengeti National Park, stopping at Olduvai Gorge for a quick historical visit. Once in Serengeti, begin your first game drive, witnessing its vast beauty.
Day 5-6: Serengeti National Park Spend two full days exploring the Serengeti’s expansive plains. Experience thrilling game drives, with opportunities to see the Big Five and possibly witness the Great Migration, depending on the season.
Day 7: Serengeti to Zanzibar Fly from Serengeti to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your beach resort and relax on the pristine beaches of the island.
Day 8-9: Zanzibar Exploration Enjoy two days exploring Zanzibar’s rich culture and history. Visit Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, explore spice plantations, and relax on the beaches.
Day 10-11: Zanzibar’s Beaches Spend your days unwinding on Zanzibar’s beautiful beaches. Enjoy snorkeling, diving, or simply relaxing by the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean.
Day 12: Zanzibar – Jozani Forest & Dolphin Watching Explore Jozani Forest to spot the rare red colobus monkeys, then head to Kizimkazi to go dolphin watching. Return to your resort for a peaceful evening.
Day 13-14: Zanzibar Leisure Days Take these two days to enjoy the island at your own pace, with options for water sports, cultural excursions, or just unwinding by the beach.
Day 15: Departure from Zanzibar Transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your departure flight, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences and memories made during your Tanzanian adventure.
